The MAX176BCPA is a complete analog-to-digital converter that achieves a 250k samples per second sampling rate by combining a fast track/hold, a 3.5us ADC, and a buried-zener voltage reference. The MAX176BCPA also saves space with serial interface and 8-pin DIP or 16-pin surface-mount SO packages.
