The MIC5377YC5 TR provides adjustable output voltage in a 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF package. The MIC5377YC5 TR is capable of sourcing 150mA output current with low dropout making it an ideal solution for any portable electronic application. Ideal for battery powered applications, the MIC5377YC5 TR offers 2% initial accuracy, low dropout voltage (120mV at 150mA), and ground current (typically 29μA). The MIC5377YC5 TR can also be put into a zero-off-mode current state, drawing virtually no current when disabled. The MIC5377YC5 TR is available in lead-free (RoHS compliant) 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF and SC-70-5.
